The graph below is the median sales price over the past 12 months along with the median days on market over the past 12 months for El Paso County. There was a dip in price toward the end of 2022 and early 2023 but prices have rebounded since then. Days on market also increases at end of 2022 and early 2023 but have declined sharply since then. It appears our market is relatively healthy as of May 2023.
